TELWIN D‑ARC 200

The D‑ARC 200 is a microprocessor-controlled electronic spot‑welding system designed for 

aluminium sheet straightening in bodyshop applications. It uses short‑arc ("drawn arc") 

technology that enables welding hook washers and studs on aluminium panels quickly and 

precisely without gas. Equipped with a light, ergonomic welding gun that includes an earth return, 

it simplifies aluminum dent pulling on doors, hoods, arches, and more. 

The power can be adjusted via a single potentiometer, 

automatically setting all welding parameters to speed up repairs and boost productivity.
